Please make sure you're aware of your head measurements by referring to our wig measurement guide. Watch our instructional video on how to measure your head accurately. It's crucial for our customers to understand the care needed for certain wigs. While the wig is shipped styled as shown in the photo, it may require a bit of sprucing up due to shipping handling.
Utilize hot tools or mousse to maintain your desired straight or curled look. After each wear, use a detangling brush to gently detangle hair from ends to roots, especially at the nape.

All custom orders have a 48 hour return policy.
Example- Processing time for all wigs are 7-14 business days. You must return the wig to the forwarding address within 48 hours of the day the wig is delivered (eg. if you receive your wig on a Monday and you want to return it, you must return it no later than the Wednesday of that same week). The lace MUST NOT be cut.
We are not responsible for shipping costs. Returns attract a 15% restock fee.
Example- Cost for wig- $400, restock fee- $60, Customer's refund- $340.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance and add shipping delivery signature. Please send tracking number once product is shipped.
Haircare products
Haircare products must be returned in its original package and unused. Same shipping rule above applies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Processing time for all wigs is 14 business days.
Once your wig is processed, it will be shipped out via USPS.
You will receive an email with your tracking information. It is your responsibility to check your email and track your package.
